Training & Placement Cell:

Advanced Technical Training Centre is pleased to announce the launch of a Training & Placement Cell, in order to cater to the needs of organizations. This training and placement cell will be headed by the Training & Placement Officer. The Cell will be assisted by Student Placement Representatives selected unanimously from various courses of study.

Objectives
  • Important and key role of placement cell is to guide the students of the institute for their Successful Career Placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students.
  • This Cell also coordinates the students for various activities related to the industrial training.
  • This cell ensures the communication with the various companies and development of confidence among the students before the placement.
  • The committee is responsible for correspondence with the prospective employers, arranging pre-placement talks, personal campus interviews and providing other facilities.
Training & Placement Activities

The Internet lab offers a comfortable, quiet research environment with a wide range of contemporary research sources in various media and the fullest access to the information sources located worldwide which enables the student to remain abreast of research and development in specific subjects areas.The Internet lab has high speed broadband connectivity. The Lab seats 20 students, one per computer, each with independent access to the Internet.
Training & Placement Activities

In addition to campus placements the T&P section organizes programs mock interviews, group discussions, case studies, etc. And has plans to organize the programs like:

  • “Personality development”.
  • “Interpersonal & Communication skills”.
  • Career planning and Career Mapping.
  • Program on “Technology Management”.
  • Program on “Personal Effectiveness for students”.
Placement Procedure

Companies are invited to the institute by the Placement Cell / the companies can contact the institute’s Placement Officer for their requirement.

  • To the responding companies, the details of the final year students opting for placement are sent as per their requirement.
  • The companies will have an option to go for the campus recruitment to the institute.
  • The company is assigned a convenient date.
  • After confirmation by the company, a pre-placement talk is arranged on the date.
  • The company conducts test and / or group discussion to short list the interested students.
  • The short listed students are then interviewed for final selection by the company.
  • The result is usually announced on the same day.
