Personal Profile

I am the second son born to Mr. B.K Pradhan and Mrs. Choden Phalongtharpa. I passed out my Class X from Holy Cross School, 6th Mile and my 12th from TNSSS, Gangtok. After which I completed my Engineering degrees from MVJCE Bangalore and SMIT Majitar. I am married to Srijana Rai and have a son who studies at Tashi Namgyal Academy. I believe in the Japanese philosophy of JIT production and love working under pressure. Sometimes my drawback also. Doing things at just the right time creates immense pressure but is very fruitful as it creates a lot of time for large volume of work to be done.

1.Worked as LDC at DCIC, Food & Civil Services Department.

2.Worked as Examination Controller at ATTC, Bardang

3.Worked as Course in charge of Diploma in Tool and Die Making at ATTC, Bardang.

4.Was under deputation to SPIU, Directorate of Technical Education, HRDD for VIII NCB of World Bank.

5.Presently working as Academic In charge at ATTC, Bardang.
