4. Make use of standard code of practices, rules and regulations for planning and designing of structures.
5. Ensure quality control of materials, workmanship and various items of works as per specifications and prevailing SOR.
6.Adept to the use of the appropriate Civil Engineering software /tools to resolve technical problems of project and site.
7.Understand and make use of latest construction practices in civil engineering.
8.Make use of optimum resources to meet the sustainable development.
9.Recognize the importance of ethical and professional responsibility and practices as civil engineer.
10.Communicate effectively and articulate in their presentation, oral, written and graphical.
