PO-1:Basic knowledge: An ability to apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering to solve the engineering problems.
PO-2: Discipline knowledge: An ability to apply discipline - specific knowledge to solve core and/or applied engineering problems.
PO-3: Experiments and practice: An ability to plan and perform experiments and practices and to use the results to solve engineering problems.
PO-4: Engineering Tools: Apply appropriate technologies and tools with an understanding of the limitations.
PO-5: The engineer and society: Demonstrate knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to engineering practice.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME (PSOs)
PSO-1: Professional Skills: An ability to understand the basic concept in mechanical engineering and to apply them to various areas like mechanical, manufacturing, design, hydraulics and pneumatics etc .
PSO-2: Problem-solving skills: An ability to solve complex mechanical engineering problems, using latest hardware and software tools, along with analytical skills to arrive cost affective and appropriate solutions.
PSO-3: Successful career and entrepreneurship: An understanding of social awareness and environmental wisdom along with ethical responsibility to have a successful career and to sustain passion and zeal for real world applications using optimal resources as an Entrepreneur.
